The free version of one of the best role-playing games ever created is now available, but it won’t be for much longer.
Do yourself a favor and play Dragon Age Inquisition, which is the free game that Epic Games is offering this week. It is one of the best role-playing games that has ever been created.
An elegant golden necklace is worn by a woman who has her black hair pulled up into a bun and has a fringe covering one of her eyes. She smiles at the camera.
There are a few role-playing games (RPGs) that I consider to be my all-time favorite videogames. This is because I am someone who is hopelessly in love with all that is high fantasy. There have been a multitude of experiences that have had a significant impact on my life, ranging from the verdant fields of Albion in Fable to the expansive plains of Azeroth in World of Warcraft. However, none of these experiences have been more significant than Dragon Age: Inquisition, which is currently available for free on the Epic Games Store.
Due to the fact that the release date of Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is now unknown, I have found myself playing the game that came before it all over again. Do I continue my fruitless conquest of the RPG’s resident sass queen, Vivienne, or do I choose to pursue a romantic relationship with Solas this time around? While I am playing Dragon Age: Inquisition, I find that I am falling deeper and deeper in love with it.
You hold the position of Inquisitor, the head of the Inquisition with the same name. A green-tinged twist of fate has caused you to tumble out of a hole in The Fade, which is the magical region that lies beyond the human plain, and directly into a Thedas that is in the process of being split apart. Despite the fact that there is political unrest, demonic spirits, and, of course, the reputed leader of the Darkspawn, Corypheus, it is your responsibility to eradicate corruption and restore harmony to a realm that has been destroyed.
As was noted earlier, the Dragon Age series is not just one of my most cherished, but it is also right up there with my ultimate fave. The amazing Morrigan, who is a storyline companion in Dragon Age: Origins and a supporting cast member in Inquisition, is the source of inspiration for my online gametag, which is Morri. The woman in the image is Morrigan. Despite the fact that Origins will forever be my favorite, Inquisition is the game that came out during the time that I was actively playing videogames, making it the one that possibly holds the most sentimental value for me.
Within the confines of a dark woodland, a character armed with a blazing sword engages in combat with two tall demons.
Until Thursday, May 23, the Game of the Year Edition of Dragon Age: Inquisition is available for free on the Epic Games Store. This offer will remain in effect until Thursday. The Game of the Year Edition includes all of the game’s downloadable content add-ons, including Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, and Trespasser, in addition to a wide variety of cosmetics such as the Avaar War Nug, which is my particular favorite since he is so lovely. So go ahead and give it a shot; I can’t emphasise how highly I suggest it enough.
