King Charles seems to have a special relationship with his wife Princess Camilla and their five grandchildren. People often see him playing happily with them: Lola, Eliza, Louise, Gus and Freddie. They hug, laugh and have fun together.
Experts say the pictures show this close relationship. Charles even swung one of them around once! At a sporting event, Camilla’s grandchildren did not hesitate to give Charles a hug or a handshake.

But it’s different with Prince Harry’s children, Archie and Lilybeth. The only image we have is of Archie’s baptism, and it seems more formal and austere. Charles stands with his hands behind his back as Harry holds baby Archie and smiles.
So, is Grandpa Charles closer to Camilla’s grandchildren than Harry? We can’t know for sure based on the pictures. Maybe it’s because he sees them so often, or maybe it’s because they’re older and can play together more. Whatever the reason, it’s nice to see a loving dad enjoy his time with the family.
