In a startling development, a Facebook account linked to Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the recent attack outside Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal’s residence. The post explicitly cites Grewal’s close ties with Salman Khan as a factor, asserting that even Salman Khan’s connections won’t provide protection. The ominous message extends to Salman Khan, warning him not to believe that even Dawood Ibrahim can shield him.
The Facebook post is explicit in its threat, stating, “No one can save you. Your ostentatious response to Sidhu Moose Wala’s death didn’t go unnoticed. You were well aware of his character and his criminal connections.” It goes on to mention Grewal’s association with Vicky Middhukhera and warns that he is now on their radar.
The chilling conclusion of the post reads, “This was just a trailer. The whole film will be released soon. Run away to any country, but remember death doesn’t require any visa; it would come where it has to.”
This isn’t the first time Lawrence Bishnoi has made headlines regarding Salman Khan. In 2022, he demanded a public apology from Salman Khan for killing a blackbuck, considered sacred in the Bishnoi community. The community believes the blackbuck is the reincarnation of their religious guru, Bhagwan Jambeshwar. The message delivered to the Delhi Police made it clear that a court decision wouldn’t be the final verdict, and unless Salman Khan issues a public apology, the Bishnois would consider no exoneration.
The Special Commissioner of Delhi Police, HGS Dhaliwal, conveyed the Bishnoi community’s stance, suggesting that Salman Khan and his father, Salim Khan, must either tender a public apology at the Jambaji temple, or the Bishnois would take matters into their own hands.
